We produce maggots year ’round and guarantee freshness. We are one of the largest producers of fresh bait maggots in the U.S. and Canada. Our business has survived through the years because of the quality product we consistently produce.

A lot of maggots sold in the United States and Canada have actually been raised in England and shipped air freight for the U.S. and Canadian markets. Forked Tree Ranch Maggots & Spikes are 100% made and sourced in the U.S.A  

We ship via FedEx in insulated Styrofoam containers with gel packs to deliver the quality needed for your resale market.

The maggots are most widely used in fishing for Kokanee (land-locked salmon), whitefish, perch, carp and other pan fish. The larvae is a meat fly, commonly known as the Blue Bottle fly, approximately ¾” in length.

We guarantee 1500 maggots/spikes per cup

Large orders of maggots/spikes are measured and packaged in increments of 25,000 in breathable poly bags with fresh sawdust. The poly bags are then packed into insulated shipping containers.

Maggots/spikes should be unpackaged upon arrival. Put in cold storage just above freezing for longer shelf life.
